Greenfern – Les Asperges
Greenfern – Les Asperges is a family-run farm and production facility in rural Cambridge where Bill and Irene Cummings have been growing delicious certified organic asparagus since 2003. Picking and bunching asparagus (sometimes twice a day) keeps them very busy from September right through until Christmas, but afternoon breaks for a cuppa and ginger cookies keeps them (and their visitors!) going until the very last day of the season.
